Tisch completes Dallas Empire squad for Call of Duty League

Call of Duty League franchise, Dallas Empire, have announced Paul “Tisch” Tischler as their final substitute for the 2020 season. This comes after the recent release of Charles “MuTeX” Saouma from the squad.

Tisch has been involved in the competitive Call of Duty scene for many years and has played under many organisations including FaZe Clan Black, Aspire Esports and UYU. Over recent years he has began to show signs of potential, placing 3rd at CWL London Open 2019 and 17-24th at CWL Championship 2019.

In a press release, Dallas Empire said: “A prolific competitor and Call of Duty esports veteran, Tisch has made successful appearances in dozens of tournaments since 2013 including twice at the Call of Duty World League Championship. He has competed across six titles from Call of Duty: Ghosts to 2019’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.”

Having not competed at a professional level for the majority of his career, it will be interesting to see how Tisch performs amongst the greatest Call of Duty players in the world.

The 21-year-old will fill the squad as a reserve player and he completes an already impressive line-up:

  • Paul “Tisch” Tischler (sub)

Dallas Empire also said: “Tisch will be relocating from his home in New Jersey to Dallas to train with the Empire and prepare for the first season of competition in the league.”

The inaugural 2020 Call of Duty League is set to begin on January 24. It will take the form of a launch weekend hosted by Minnesota Rokkr where all 12 teams will compete.
