NHS Charities Together Cup

A host of celebrities will go head-to-head in a FIFA 20 tournament over the next week in a bid to raise money for the NHS. Here is a closer look at how the NHS Charities Together Cup In Association With Lynx will run and the teams competing:

Tournament format and schedule

Eight teams will be competing in the inaugural NHS Charities Together Cup. Three celebrities make up each team with each celebrity playing a match on day one.

The four teams that rack up the most points in Day One will progress to the second day of matches. Day Two will follow the same format with the finals being played on the third and final day of the tournament.

Quarter-FinalsDay One – Monday 27th April

Semi-FinalsDay Two – Wednesday 29th April

Grand FinalsDay Three – Sunday 3rd May

Matches start today from 12pm (GMT) available to stream on the Celebrity Esports YouTube channel. The main event begins at 5pm on all three days and will be fronted by hosts Ben Shephard, Tom Deacon and Chris Kamara.
